🔍 Handpicked by an Industry Expert Zach Paschke — Not Just Anyone Gets Through
This isn’t your average VA marketplace.
Every Virtual Assistant we recommend has been personally vetted by Zach Paschke, co-founder of Atomic Automations and an active leader in the insurance automation space. With years of experience training both agents and VAs to work efficiently together, Zach knows exactly what skills, mindset, and personality traits an assistant needs to thrive in the insurance industry.
📊Only 20–30% of applicants make it through our multi-stage screening process.
We don’t just look at resumes—we assess attention to detail, communication skills, and long-term reliability.
Here’s what happens during our strict vetting:
✅ Initial Screening for English fluency and professionalism
✅ Personality & Work Ethic Assessment (custom-tested for agency roles)
✅ Mock Tasks & Real-World Scenarios
✅ Live Interview Video Recording, reviewed and approved by Zach himself
When you receive a VA candidate, know this:
They’ve already been filtered, tested, and approved by someone who understands exactly what your agency needs.

No, background checks are not available for international applicants.
You’ll receive a free replacement within the first14 days if the VA doesn’t meet expectations.
We reserve the right to re-hire your VA if we think they'd be a great fit for another partner.
Yep! We've had great success with two agencies working with the same VA.
100% We do it ourselves. VAs are gold mines for uplines looking to take the load off their duties and reward agencies.
Nope. We are busy enough running our own business. Unless you ask for our help, we have no contact with your VA while you employ them.
We offer our VA guide at a small price with scripts and videos to help your VA get off to the races. If you'd like for a nominal fee, we'll offer consultation with our in-house VA trainer if you need a helping hand getting started.
We offer these paid services to keep the cost low, yet help you get off to a quick start.
Yep! To get a consultation fill out the form and pay the deposit. Respond to us requesting a consultation. If you request a consultation the deposit becomes non-refundable.
Most of the insurance companies you offer products from use the same kinds of VAs we do. Infact many of our VAs have worked for the same insurance companies, lead companies, and established call centers. Clients rarely get a VA-free experience with their insurance. You might be surprised how personable your VA is.
If you're not comfortable with a VA answering your phone, it doesn't mean they can't do other things for you. Many well-intentioned agents waste their time on daily tasks like paperwork, commissions, or copywriting that can be done by a VA. Many don't even get around to the tasks they know they should do because they don't have time! Spend your free time doing things you love, not chasing profit and life draining tasks!
No refunds once a VA has been delivered. The $99 deposit is only refundable if no candidate is provided.
We reserve the right to refund deposits if demand is stronger than talent because we don't believe on placing sub-par VAs.
You’ll pay your VA directly:$4–$5/hour, with optional bonuses or raises. We recommend bonuses and/or raises to retain good employees.
The $4-$5/ hour rate is for non-technical non-specialty specific work. Often specialist or technical workers demand slightly higher rates.
You can choose between part-time (20 hours / week) and full-time (40 hours / week).
But please don’t treat this like a temp job—it’s their livelihood. Many agents don't realize how much their VA can do and find it's easy to keep a VA busy.
We reserve the right to allow a Part-time VA work with another agency (many are looking for full-time work to cover living expenses).
We request that full-time VAs not take side jobs or part-time work in the insurance industry.
For sure! We run multiple VAs in our insurance business, our FMO business, and on loan to our agents (as well as hiring for our agents). We've learned a lot and have really honed the process.
We find that most VA systems break down when an agency owner struggles to know how to handle their VA. We've had agencies struggle with VAs and the same VAs thrive under new leadership. That's why it's nice to have an experienced team.
You Betcha! Under the helpful supervision of Zach.
Most VAs have a limited training process so there's no sense in paying a higher hourly rate. Also, We think every agent deserves the ability to earn back their freedom without price being a barrier.
Lower prices help agents take ownership over their business and hire the help they need most. For most agents starting out, they don't need technically skilled help. They just need an extra set of hands to keep the wheels on the road.
You only pay for the services you use.
And Zach's car is flashy enough. He doesn't need your every last cent.
Nope. Most of our VAs have an Associates, Bachelors, or even Master's degree. They might be smarter than you.
